The Encore Career Lab strategy call is a structured conversation about your specific inflection point — not a sales presentation. You leave with a clearer picture of what your encore could look like, whether or not the program is right for you.

What to bring.

  • Honesty about where you are. If you've already decided what comes next, this isn't the right call.
  • A sense of the timing. Months out, year out, already-in-it — all are legitimate. Helps shape the conversation.
  • One question you don't have an answer to yet. If nothing comes to mind, the call is probably premature.

  • Where you are in your transition arc
  • Which of the four pillars (Identity · Purpose · Income · Network) feels most urgent
  • Whether the 8-week program is the right fit — and what to do if it's not

After the call.

Within 24 hours we'll send a one-page summary of what we discussed — the inflection-point map, which pillar is most active for you, and our honest read on whether the program is a fit. If it is, you'll have everything you need to make the decision on your own timeline. If it isn't, you'll still leave with something useful: a clearer picture of what to focus on next.

Strategy calls are scheduled 7–10 days out. If your timeline is tighter, mention it when you book and we'll see what we can do.
