The first Encore Career Lab conversation is a structured discussion of your specific inflection point — not a sales presentation. You leave with a clearer picture of what your encore could look like, whether or not the program is the right fit.

What to Bring

A grounded read on where you are.

  • Honesty about where you are. If you've already decided what comes next, this isn't the right call yet.
  • A sense of the timing. Months out, a year out, already in it — all are legitimate. Helps shape the conversation.
  • One question you don't yet have an answer to. If nothing comes to mind, the conversation is probably premature.

What happens after the conversation.

Within twenty-four hours we send a one-page summary of what we discussed — the inflection-point map, which pillar is most active for you, and our honest read on whether the program is a fit. If it is, you have everything you need to make the decision on your own timeline. If it isn't, you still leave with something useful: a clearer picture of what to focus on next.
